about me

I'm a native and very proud Texan, but I now live in Franklin, Tennessee. I've been married to my talented and handsome husband, Kevan, for six years. We have a sweet almost three-year-old little girl named Merit, and added another precious baby girl named August this past summer. I am so proud of my little family. I taught elementary school for 3 years, but chose to stay home with Merit when she was born. In an effort to not only contribute a little bit financially to my family, but to also give me an outlet to use my creativity, I created Redbud Designs.

Redbud Park is a park in Abilene, Texas, where Kevan proposed to me. That park is, essentially, where this family began. Kevan, Merit, and August are at the heart of what I do--this is for them.

I love all things creative and am as sentimental as they come. Because of this, I will do all I can to help you create a unique blog you will be proud of, a custom invitation you can't wait to mail out, or a precious birth announcement you'll want to keep and look back at for years to come. I love the challenge of making each project unique and look forward to working with you!
